General Data Protection Regulation

Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Android app org.jsoligny.secondvoice

This page complements the privacy policy. It describes how Second Voice applies the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and European advertising rules.

1. Data controller

J. Soligny, publisher of Second Voice.
Contact: jeremie@soligny.cloud

2. Data concerned

Second Voice does not create a user account and does not send your phrases or voice recordings to a server operated by the publisher.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Advertising consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a Google consent form may appear before ads. You can change or withdraw this consent at any time in the app: Settings → Manage ad consent.

Without consent when it is required, ads may be limited or absent, in line with Google’s policies.

5. Recipients

The publisher does not run a backend for your content. Google LLC (AdMob / advertising services) may receive identifiers and advertising signals, depending on your choices. The list of advertising partners is the one configured in the AdMob privacy message.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on Google’s contractual mechanisms and compliance programmes (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Retention

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw consent. To do so: jeremie@soligny.cloud.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the authority in your country of residence.

For data that stays only on your phone, the most direct option is to delete the relevant tiles or uninstall the app.

9. Minors

Second Voice is not intended for children under 16. The publisher does not knowingly collect children’s data. Do not enable personalised ads on a device used by a child.
